Materials We Work With
Laser Cutting
Computer-controlled laser systems are used to produce accurate 2D and 3D profiles in metal substrates. The process supports consistent part replication and efficient material utilization.
CNC Machining
Advanced multi-axis machining centers are used to manufacture components with complex shapes and tight dimensional tolerances. These systems support both prototype and production volumes.
CNC Turning and Swiss Screw Machining Technologies
High speed and precision turning utilizing CNC machines and Swiss type automatic lathes. We can accommodate large and very small parts and tight tolerances.
Sheet Metal Forming
Forming operations include bending, stamping, and rolling. These methods are used to fabricate enclosures, mounting brackets, and other shaped components made from sheet materials and meet required structural and dimensional specifications.
Welding and Assembly
Welding services include MIG, TIG, and spot,ultrasonic & laser welding. Assemblies are fabricated to meet mechanical strength requirements and surface appearance criteria where needed. Mechanical brazing and soldering are also available.
Finishing and Coating
Post-processing options include anodizing, powder coating, plating, and other surface treatments. Finishes are selected to support environmental resistance, mechanical protection, and visual appearance.
